• Monitor product performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Maintain product information, specifications, and internal data
• Support new product development and build business cases for opportunities
• Collaborate with suppliers, operations, and sales teams to bring products to market
• Manage launch timelines and coordinate cross-functional delivery
• Track market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies
• Partner with sales teams to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
• Create product training materials, sales tools, and customer-facing content
• Analyse sales and market data, measure ROI, and produce performance recommendations
