We are recruiting a Fleet Vehicle Technician to join our busy vehicle services business in Swanmore, Hampshire. You will support community transport and commercial vehicle operations within a well-established repair centre, helping to keep essential vehicles safe, reliable and operational. Benefits: Salary of up to £55,000 basic, with OTE potential of up to £60,000 Monday to Friday working hours with no weekend work Flexible start and finish times, including 07 00 or 08 00 28 days holiday and company pension scheme Paid trial shift Varied work across minibuses, light commercial vehicles and cars Minimal administration and no customer-facing responsibilities Supportive, close-knit workshop environment with a high level of autonomy Duties: As a Fleet Vehicle Technician, maintain and repair a mixed fleet of minibuses, cars and light commercial vehicles Complete servicing, inspections, diagnostics and mechanical repairs Work on Peugeot Boxers, Fiat Ducatos, Ford Transits, Mercedes-Benz Sprinters and other makes and models Diagnose faults efficiently to minimise vehicle downtime Complete mechanical repairs including clutches and wet belt replacement Carry out safety checks and prepare vehicles for compliance inspections Attend occasional breakdowns, including vehicles transporting vulnerable passengers Support the wider workshop team with servicing and repairs Take ownership of jobs while working collaboratively with the lead technician Assist occasionally with vehicle ..... full job details .....
