Reporting directly to a senior international operations leader, this role offers broad exposure to law firm management, financial performance, operational strategy and legal innovation. This position is ideal for a highly motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to develop a long-term career in law firm management Duties will include:Supporting practice group leaders with day-to-day operational requirements, including scheduling, meeting preparation and follow-upAssisting with staffing coordination, workload monitoring and resource allocation across mattersPreparing reports, dashboards and performance summaries for practice leadershipPartnering with finance to track budgets and analyse financial performanceAssisting with pricing, profitability analysis and matter management initiativesPreparing monthly and quarterly financial reportsSupporting workflow optimisation, process improvement and vendor coordination projectsContributing to the evaluation and implementation of AI-dri
