This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager or Managing Quantity Surveyor to step into a senior leadership position, taking responsibility for the commercial team and helping lead the business across the Northern region of the UK. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing the Manchester office, managing client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the regional business.
