You will own the orchestration of cross-functional efforts, manage complex projects, and act as a trusted advisor to the Founder on key decisions.Zapp partners with some of the world’s leading brands to deliver an exclusive range of hand-picked products 24/7, delivered in minutes.Lead the planning and implementation of key company priorities, ensuring alignment, execution, and measurable outcomes.Executive Collaboration and Influence:

Partner directly with senior leaders across departments (Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Commercial) to drive cross-functional alignment, resolve roadblocks, and influence organisational direction.Project Portfolio Management:

Own and oversee a portfolio of high-stakes initiatives from concept to delivery. Provide executive-level reporting, risk mitigation strategies, and post-mortem analysis to ensure continuous improvement.Lead efforts to scale operations through process optimisation, data-led decision-making, and organisational design enhancements.Craft and manage compelling, data-backed materials for board meetings, investor updates, and strategic leadership reviews. Special Projects and Founder Enablement:

Act as a thought partner and operational enabler to the Founder. Step into a leadership role on ad-hoc initiatives that are critical to business growth or transformation.Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of scaling operations, strategy formulation, and change management.- Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive consensus.- High emotional intelligence, integrity, and sound judgment.
