About the Role

Our client is a leading specialist contractor delivering construction projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to oversee projects nationwide.This role will require regular travel and staying away from home Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations
• Coordinating subcontractors and direct labour
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and project teams
• Managing site documentation and reporting
• Conducting site meetings and progress updates

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction
• SMSTS certification
• First Aid at Work
• CSCS Card
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and programmes
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Willingness to travel and stay away during the working week
