Description Key responsibilities will include: Advising on a range of banking and finance transactions, identifying legal and regulatory risks and delivering practical solutions. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating finance documentation, including facility agreements, term sheets and related transactional documents. Supporting transaction execution from inception through to completion. Working closely with front office and business stakeholders across Corporate Banking and Financial Institutions teams. Providing legal input on new products and business initiatives. Advising on commercial contracts and general legal matters across the organisation.
