Protocol Education are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants / Learning Support Assistants to join a specialist school in Grays, supporting pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) within the school s pre-formal pathway. About the Role You will be working with students who are unable to access the national curriculum and instead follow individualised learning programmes. Support may be provided across the whole class or on a 1:1 basis with a named pupil. Students you will support may have a range of needs including SLD, MLD, ASD and PMLD. While experience is beneficial, it is not essential a genuine desire to support children with complex needs is key.
