One of our clients, a well-established property and construction Quantity Surveyor consultancy, is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing hotel and leisure team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Quantity Surveyor with 3-5 years'' experience to work on high-profile hotel and leisure projects across the UK, including both new builds and refurbishments.The Quantity SurveyorThe successful Quantity Surveyor will be involved in delivering projects from inception through to completion, providing cost management and contract administration services while working closely with clients, contractors, and design teams.
