This is a 12-month maternity cover contract with the potential to become permanent if the role remains available. You ll be the friendly face of the store, supporting customers with their storage needs, handling sales enquiries, and ensuring the site is safe, clean, and welcoming. This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys delivering excellent service and is confident working independently or as part of a small team. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to handle enquiries and convert them into sales Support customers throughout their journey from move-in to move-out Ensure the store is clean, secure, and well-presented at all times Process payments, manage customer accounts, and assist with debt management procedures Monitor stock levels and help maintain appropriate storage inventory Contribute to local marketing initiatives and promotions Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations when required Who We re Looking For S
