Responsibilities include managing enquiries, regarding invoices, income, and ensuring adherence to established procedures. As the primary point of contact for our DSO support and Building Maintenance call groups, you will engage directly with tenants and the housing department to schedule appointments or redirect calls to the appropriate service areas. You will also work closely with the building maintenance supervision teams to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient service delivery Schedule appointments for contract supervisors and collaborate closely with the building maintenance supervision teamsPerform technical, administrative, and financial support tasks. Utilize IT systems like ROCC, Confirm, and Integra for data entry and reporting. Manage routine correspondence and enquiries. Generate enforcement letters and notices. Assist with the processing of abandoned vehicles and maintain related statistics. Support income recovery queries for Highways Operations and the DSO.
