The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across communal areas and supporting end-of-tenancy property turnaround cleaning.Key ResponsibilitiesCleaning and maintaining communal areas to a high standard.Cleaning corridors, hallways, stairwells, and shared facilities.Cleaning and sanitising toilets, washrooms, and associated amenities.Completing end-of-tenancy cleaning and property turnaround tasks.Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.Replenishing cleaning supplies and consumables as required.Reporting any maintenance issues, health and safety concerns, or damages.Following all health and safety procedures and company policies.Ensuring work is completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.RequirementsPrevious housekeeping, cleaning, or facilities experience preferred.Experience working within residential property, student accommodation, hotels, serviced apartments, care settings, commercial buildings, or similar environments would be highly advantageous.Experience carrying out ..... full job details .....
