Quality Control Technician Southend-on-Sea Profectus Recruitment is working with a growing technical services organisation to recruit a Quality Control Technician into their operations team. This role focuses on the inspection, testing, and quality assurance of specialist equipment, ensuring all items meet required standards before being returned to customers.Key responsibilities:Carrying out inspections and fault finding on incoming equipmentProducing clear reports to support repair and service teamsCompleting final testing and preparing equipment for dispatchAccurately recording technical information using internal systemsWorking closely with internal teams to support workflow and turnaround timesFollowing internal quality processes and compliance standardsSupporting general administrative tasks linked to service activityWhat we''re looking for:Mechanical or electrical aptitude, or a strong interest in technical workAbility to follow structured processes and technical documentationStrong attention to detail when identifying faults or issuesComfortable using systems to log and track informationA team-oriented approach with good communication skillsPrevious experience in a quality control, inspection, or technical environment would be beneficial, but not essential.
