As an Agency Children s Residential Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work within a variety of children s residential settings, providing safe, consistent and person-centred support to children and young people. About the Role Your role will involve supporting children and young people with their day-to-day routines, independence, education, activities and emotional wellbeing while working in accordance with individual care plans, risk assessments and the policies and procedures of each service.
