January 2026The school and role This well-regarded, inclusive Additional Learning Needs school in Ebbw Vale is looking to appoint a caring and proactive Support Worker on a full time and part-time basis. You ll be working closely with a small number of pupils with a range of complex needs, helping them to access learning and build independence in a supportive environment.Requirements The desired Support Worker will have: Experience supporting children or young people with Additional Learning Needs.A patient and nurturing approach.A commitment to promoting independence and inclusion.The ability to work effectively as part of a team.Comfortable supporting personal care needs.Enhanced Adult and Child DBS on the Update System.
