Provide expert professional advice on a wide range of estate management matters. Oversee and manage the Estates Budget. Identify and pursue opportunities to increase income from the estate through new initiatives, enhanced yields, or strategic repurposing. Carry out property acquisitions and manage lettings of assets within the estate portfolio.
