Insight Executive Group are working in partnership with a global Facilities Management provider who are looking to recruit a Project Manager on their healthcare/PFI contract in Herefordshire. This is a fulltime permanent role with a starting salary of £50k with some flexibility to work from home.The role is ideal for someone with healthcare and PFI experience with a project background.The successful Project Manager will be responsible for:lead the implementation of digital systems supporting the PFI expiry programme for asset information management, hand back compliance, and data assuranceensures that all asset data is structured, validated, and accessible in compliance with contractual standardssupport the Senior Management team in the introduction of other systems to support the Contract as it moves towards expiry of the PFI Contract (Focusing on supporting contract retention)The successful Project Manager will be able to demonstrate:experience of implementing digital asset management or CAFM systems within estates or FM environmentsstrong knowledge of Activeplan (or equivalent systems for asset data management) is desirablefamiliarity with PFI contracts, expiry processes, and NHS estates information standardsIf you match the above criteria and are interested in the role, please send your CV through for a chat about the role - many thanks.
