Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint a Junior or Intermediate Estimator to join their commercial team.This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting, fast-paced projects while learning from an experienced team in a business where the majority of work is secured through repeat business and negotiated opportunities rather than competitive tenders.The RoleAs an Estimator, you will support the pricing and procurement of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from initial enquiry through to submission.Responsibilities will include:Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissionsReviewing drawings, specifications and project informationObtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotationsProducing take-offs and cost plansSupporting senior estimators with larger projectsBuilding relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractorsHelping to identify value engineering opportunitiesMaintaining estimating databases and historical cost informationWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious estimating experience within construction, ..... full job details .....
