This role is focused on helping senior leadership manage priorities, business operations, communication, and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, meetings, and leadership schedules. Support business planning, leadership cadence, and operational priorities. Coordinate leadership team meetings, agendas, actions, and follow-ups. Manage inboxes and communications on behalf of senior leaders. Support onboarding activities and administrative processes. Handle systems and operational tasks including Workday, Concur, purchase orders, and vendor management. Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and meeting preparation. Support hiring processes and leadership administration. Assist with internal communications, leadership events, offsites, and business updates. Identify process improvements and support project delivery initiatives. Requirements 5-8 years experience in executive support, administration, or business operation
