Working closely with Directors and senior stakeholders, you will oversee financial operations, resolve complex issues and drive improvements across systems, reporting and controls. Key Responsibilities for Head of Client Accounts role will require to:Lead client accounting operations, including client money transactions, reconciliations, payments, commissions, fees and month-end reporting.Own client money controls, compliance, financial risk management and audit readiness.Oversee banking, payment approvals, accounts payable and payroll-related payments.Lead the Client Accounts team, providing technical guidance, coaching and performance management.Improve financial systems, reporting and processes across property systems, Xero and other platforms, working closely with senior stakeholders.
