This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating multiple tasks while providing essential support to site operations.Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule site meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and prepared. Order, monitor, and track materials to support project requirements. Manage site inductions for new personnel and maintain accurate records. Maintain site documentation, filing systems, and project records in line with company procedures. Provide comprehensive administrative support to site management and project teams. Liaise professionally with suppliers, subcontractors, contractors, and site personnel. Assist with the preparation of reports, correspondence, and other project-related documentation. Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and within required deadlines. Skills and Experience Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
