This role reports directly into the Finance Director, where you will ensure the finance function supports both the day-to-day and longer-term strategic goals.Your role as Finance Manager will include:Monthly management accounts, contribution to year-end reporting, preparing audit schedules and working with external auditorsSupporting the implementation of a new ERP systemCommercial finance, such as margin and product line profitability, costing and forecastingOverseeing transactional ledger work, including supporting/supervising sales ledger, purchase and sales, invoices and reconciliationsReviewing, negotiating and renewing supplier contracts, ensuring favourable terms, assessing financials and legal aspectsWorking with fleet management, including contract renewals, comparing proposals and assessing riskProcessing monthly payrollWhat are we looking for?QBE or ACCA/CIMA Part/fully qualifiedExperience of preparing financial statementsManagement Accounting experienceProficient in ERP financial systems and MS ExcelIdeally from a SME backgroundManufacturing experience preferred, but not
