Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for operational performance, health and safety, people management, customer service and commercial delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead field-based operational teams across the region. Ensure contractual, customer and performance targets are achieved. Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Essential Requirements Proven Operations Manager or Senior Operations leadership experience. Strong people management and leadership skills. Excellent health and safety knowledge. Experience managing operational performance and budgets. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to analyse data, solve problems and drive improvement. Desirable Utilities, water, leakage or field operations experience. Experience managing geographically dispersed teams. Knowledge of Scottish Water frameworks.
