Applications Engineer+6 months ++SC / DV cleared role - current active clearance is essential+Inside IR35+ 550 - 580 a day +Hybrid working in Corsham We are seeking an experienced Applications Engineer with strong UK MOD/Defence experience to provide hands-on engineering support within a complex, secure enterprise environment.The successful candidate will support the design, deployment, configuration and lifecycle management of enterprise applications across secure environments, covering integration, testing, deployment and ongoing operational support.Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy, configure and support enterprise applications across Windows and/or Linux environments.Manage application lifecycle activities including installation, patching, upgrades and decommissioning.Integrate applications with enterprise services including Active Directory/LDAP, databases and networking.Configure and maintain development, test and production environments.Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues.Apply secure-by-design principles to application deployment and configuration.Produce technical documentation including LLDs, build guides and operational runbooks.Support system integration, testing and validation.Work with Service Management teams to resolve incidents and service requests.Contribute to automation and standardisation of application deployment processes.Support operational handover and ongoing application stability.Essential ExperienceProven experience ..... full job details .....
