Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations and CaseworkSupport and coaching to managers with a range of employee relations matters, including:Sickness absencePerformance and capabilityDisciplinary casesGrievancesLong term absence/sickness/muscular skeletal Probation-related concernsPrepare case documentation, correspondence and meeting paperwork.Maintain accurate case records and monitor agreed actions.Provide practical guidance on HR policies and procedures.Occupational Health and Employee WellbeingManage Occupational Health referrals from start to finish.Prepare referral documentation and management questions.Review Occupational Health reports and support managers with recommendations.Advise on workplace adjustments and return-to-work plans.Support both short and long-term absence management processes.Coordinate DSE assessments and follow up on ..... full job details .....
