We are seeking an experienced construction or building services professional to join the college as Head of construction, leading the strategic and operational delivery of the curriculum area. The Role As Head of Structural Technologies, you will provide leadership across the department, ensuring high-quality teaching, learning and assessment whilst driving curriculum development and learner success. Key responsibilities include: Leading the Structural Technologies curriculum area with a focus on quality and performance Implementing effective teaching, learning and assessment strategies Monitoring learner progress, attendance and achievement Supporting students identified as at risk of underachievement Driving continuous improvement through the college''s quality processes Developing strong relationships with employers and industry stakeholders Ensuring curriculum provision aligns with local skills priorities and labour market
