About the roleSytner Group is looking for a passionate and driven Enquiry Manager to join our motivated sales team at Mercedes-Benz of Milton Keynes.As a Sytner Enquiry Manager, you will report to the Head of Sales and will be responsible for chassis profitability, growing sales rate through enquiry management and assisting with growth in FandI profitability. You will implement effective sales plans and ensure that you deliver outstanding customer service.This is a full-time role which will include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.About youThis role would suit an individual with a broad knowledge of the motor trade and somebody with an outstanding track record in either sales or sales management (including Business Manager experience) within the motor industry. Well-developed leadership and communication skills are also required.You will need exceptionally high standards, great initiative and the ability to work in a logical and cost-effective manner.
