A well-established collection of family-run insurance businesses is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support the Operations Manager in the effective running of day-to-day business operations across multiple sites. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and the successful delivery of business objectives. The Assistant Operations Manager will work closely with managers and teams across the business to coordinate resources, improve processes, support staff development, and help maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this position is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and experience within a financial services environment. Key Responsibilities Operational Support and Resource Coordination Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily business operations across multiple locations.
