The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to solicitors and partners, ensuring the smooth running of litigation matters from instruction through to completion. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment while maintaining high standards of client service.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide full secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and partners within the Litigation teamPrepare, format, and amend legal documents, correspondence, and court formsManage diaries, arrange meetings, and coordinate appointments and court datesFile documents with the court using online systemsAssist with the preparation of court bundles and trial documentationHandle incoming calls and correspondence professionally and direct enquiries where appropriateOpen and maintain client files in accordance with firm procedures and regulatory requirementsUndertake digital dictation and audio typingMonitor key deadlines and assist fee earners with case managementLiaise with clients, barristers, courts, and other external parties as requiredMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection standardsSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant, preferably withi
