Position Details: • Schedule: 4 on 2 off, rotating morning and afternoon shifts between 6:30am and 10:30pm • Location: Forza, Normanton - Site Based Role • Contract Type: Permanent Please note that Forza operates as a high care, chilled meat processing and packing facility, handling poultry, pork, and beef Key Responsibilities: As a Production Operative, you will play a vital part in our day-to-day operations, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work within a high care chilled environment, handling food products, operating machinery, and adhering to strict hygiene and safety procedures. You will ensure products are correctly packed and labelled to target in line with company and customer expectations and ensure that you report any defects or poor quality to a Line Leader. You will correctly pack finished goods safely, to specification standards and in the correct orientation within each box and safely stack boxes to a required height.
