Role: Finance Implementation Specialist
Location: South of England - Remote Working
Salary: -500 to -600 per day (outside IR35)
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an Interim Financial Systems Implementation Specialist, to join one of our Local Authority clients for a minimum of 9 months. This is a crucial role and gives the successful applicant the chance to add real value to the existing team during a vital time of year.
Key responsibilities of the Financial Systems Implentation Specialist:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of a finance system, ensuring seamless integration, delivering measurable improvements
- Collaborate with finance, IT and key business stakeholders to understand the needs of the teams and translate them into system specifications
- Create and develop test plans, ensuring system functionality and user acceptance
- Provide training and full support to end-users and stakeholders, working with key decision makers and internal teams as required
- Create and maintain user guides and manuals.
The successful Financial Systems Implentation Specialist must have the following skills:
- Evidence of working within the Public/Local Authority Sector - desirable
- Ideally be fully qualified and registered with professional accounting qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
- Finance system implementation experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence others
- Advanced excel skills
- Project management experience.
We are offering a competitive day rate of -(Apply online only) per day depending on experience. This role can also be paid outside IR35. Ideally, the candidate will be required for a minimum of 9 months.
