The successful candidate will have at least 5 years post-qualification experience and will be expected to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, with minimal supervision. This role would suit a confident fee earner with strong technical ability, sound client care skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be expected to: Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently. Deal with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. Handle re-mortgages, transfers of equity and voluntary registrations. Advise clients on all stages of the conveyancing process. Review title documentation, searches, replies to enquiries and mortgage offers. Draft and approve contracts, transfer deeds and ancillary documentation. Exchange contracts and deal with completions. Attend to post-completion matters, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications. Ensure compliance with lender requirements, regulatory obligations and internal procedures.
