The role offers a varied and stimulating workload, primarily involving the management of a caseload of employers'' and public liability (EL/PL) personal injury claims. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, timely work in line with client expectations and service level agreements. They will also contribute to team development through involvement in training, onboarding, and process improvement initiatives, as well as maintaining accurate management information and ensuring compliance with client protocols.
