Commercial Asset Manager - OUR CLIENT is an established property investment and management business that has been actively acquiring assets over the past two years. The portfolio is predominantly made up of multi-let industrial estates and retail/shopping centres, alongside office assets. With the business continuing to grow, they are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Asset Manager. THE ROLEAs Commercial Asset Manager, you will take ownership of asset performance, combining strategic oversight with a detailed understanding of the buildings themselves. From managing lease events and identifying opportunities to enhance value to overseeing refurbishment and resolving complex building issues, you will need the technical knowledge and commercial judgement to challenge recommendations, identify the right solutions and make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities:Strategic Asset Management: Developing and implementing asset management strategies and business plans to maximise portfolio performance, enhance capital values, improve returns and identify opportunities for income growth and value creation.Lease and Tenant Management: Proactively managing lease events, including rent reviews, lease renewals, break clauses and expiries.
