The company supplies, installs, and services advanced equipment used in precision machining and manufacturing environments, supporting customers nationwide. This is a key role within the service function, offering a high level of autonomy, technical responsibility and customer interaction. Senior Service Engineer ResponsibilitiesCarry out on-site installations, servicing, repairs and upgrades in line with service schedules and customer requirementsProvide first-line remote technical support via phone and email to customers and service engineersSupport service coordination by assisting with case progression and documentation using digital systemsPrepare materials, documentation and technical information ahead of installationsDeliver customer training, both on-site and using digital or VR-based tools where applicableAttend in-house and external training to maintain technical competence Skills and ExperienceProven experience as a Field Service Engineer within manufacturing, machine tools, automation or related engineering environmentsStrong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skillsExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independentlyConfident communicator, comfortable supporting customers and colleagues at all levelsStrong IT ..... full job details .....
