Operating within a diverse project portfolio, you will support new-build and refurbishment schemes across commercial, retail, hotel and leisure and industrial sectors.Your responsibilities will include:Managing cost planning, tendering and procurement activitiesPreparing BOQs, valuations, CVRs and cost forecastsOverseeing subcontract procurement, negotiation and performanceMaintaining robust cost control and ensuring contract compliance (JCT)Working closely with operational teams and clients to ensure successful deliveryProviding commercial leadership while supporting junior
