The Role Youth Support Worker We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Youth Support Worker to join a welcoming secondary PRU in Southwark. In this role, you will support students aged who have been referred to the provision due to behavioural challenges, SEMH needs, or complex personal circumstances that could not be supported in mainstream schools. As a Youth Support Worker, you will deliver focused 1:1 interventions and small group sessions, helping students develop positive coping strategies, re-engage with their learning, and build their self-confidence.
