Your new roleAs Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you''ll take responsibility for CNC programming and manufacturing engineering activities across complex precision-machined components.Key responsibilities will include:Offline CNC programming for 3, 4 and 5-axis milling machines using CAM softwareDeveloping efficient machining strategies and manufacturing processesDesigning fixtures and workholding solutionsSelecting cutting tools and carrying out tooling trialsVerification of NC programs using VericutSupporting New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept through to productionProducing process documentation, set-up instructions and tool assembly informationWorking closely with Production and Quality to improve existing manufacturing methodsIdentifying opportunities to improve cycle times, quality and manufacturing efficiencyWorking with tooling suppliers to introduce new tooling technologies and machining strategiesProviding manufacturing input into new project quotations and conceptsMaintaining relevant manufacturing and component information within the ERP systemWhat you''ll need to ..... full job details .....
