The organisation are based in London with a fully remote working pattern.Client DetailsEducationLondon Based - Fully RemoteDescriptionA Interim HR Systems Specialist to:- Review and improve HR and payroll systems- Support with improving HRIS functionality, configuration and integration - Support with data cleansing, configuration and improving existing data flows- Develop HR Processes to align to the system, alongside creating process documentation, user guides and process maps- Improve HR processes and create automation- Support with HR systems training - Identify systems gaps and suggest future system improvementsProfileAn Interim HR Systems Specialist with:- Previous HRIS implementation experience- Previous experience managing HR and payroll data- Previous experience with developing process flows, and system configuration- Ideally experience working within the Education spaceJob OfferInterim HR Systems Specialist12 month roleLondon based organisation - Fully remote roleOpen to part time or full timeUp to 350 per day
