This is a senior role that will oversee the bars at both OMA and AGORA.This is a primarily operational position within the team, with the view to add your own input into seasonal cocktail menus.The ideal candidate will have a natural warmth for people and feed off the adrenalin of a busy service. Working alongside a well-established management team,

Inspire
and train our young team in all aspects of wet-led hospitality, including spirits knowledge, drinks
knowledge
and service standards.

equirement
sPrevious
experience in a similar environment.
Knowledge of working with Lightspeed and
MarketMan
is preferable but not essential.
WSET training desirable but not essential.
