Responsible for delivering corporate performance reporting and insights using data, Excel and Power BI. The role identifies trends in service performance, develops dashboards, ensures KPI accuracy and governance, and acts as a key contact for corporate performance, helping drive service improvement through data-led decision making.What you''ll be doingTake the lead on the regular reporting and monitoring of Delta''s performance.
