This role is ideal for someone with strong sales ledger, data entry, and general accounts experience, who can support day-to-day finance operations and liaise effectively with the company''s external accountant.DescriptionMaintaining the sales ledger, including raising invoices and allocating incoming paymentsPerforming high-volume data entry with accuracy across finance systemsAssisting with bank reconciliations and ensuring records are up to dateSupporting credit control activities, including chasing outstanding payments where requiredProcessing financial data to support both purchase and sales transactionsPreparing and organising financial information for the external accountantActing as a key point of contact for Fresh Service Distribution''s external accounting partner, assisting with queries and providing documentationMaintaining accurate financial records and ensuring proper filing of documentsSupporting the accountancy team with general administrative and ad hoc tasksProfileThe successful Accounts Assistant will have experience in the above and be on short notice Job OfferSalary £16-18 per hour Onsite Parking 5 days in the office Possibility for a permanent opportunity
