The Finance Officer
is a new role in the Finance team at the British Pharmacological Society. The Finance Officer will work with the Financial Controller to ensure that all aspects of finance are operated effectively and efficiently.For further information about the role, please view the job description and person specification.Who would suit this role?
You will have experience working in a finance organisation and/or experience working for membership organisations.You should pay close attention to detail and have the ability to suggest and make improvements to procedures.Additionally, you should be a good team player with strong interpersonal skills.The BPS team is fun and dynamic, and this role would be well-suited to someone who thrives on working in a collaborative setting.This is a hands-on role that will allow the right candidate to have autonomy over their role.The Society sees tremendous value in having a diverse workforce, and therefore welcomes and encourages applications from everyone regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, faith or disability.Applicants must reside and have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
