You will be confident adapting your teaching approach to suit individual learning styles, abilities and emotional needs, helping young people build confidence, improve engagement and make meaningful academic progress.Experience supporting young people who experience anxiety, school avoidance, disengagement or challenging behaviour would be particularly beneficial.
