Bookkeeper/Credit Control (Flexible Part Time Hours)

The role will initially be 2 days per week (times/days can be flexible) and this can grow overtime for those wishing for more hours. Tasks as follows:- Record customer payments and allocate to invoices Process invoices received into Xero Process bills received into Xero Process bank transactions (e.g. using bank feeds or manual reconciliation) Maintain and update accounting records (Xero) Chase outstanding payments (light credit control) Reconcile bank accounts Update cash flow forecasts Prepare and send out customer statements Generate management reports (PandL, balance sheet, etc.) Process staff expense claims This is a great opportunity to join a long established and growing business, where you will have the opportunity to have a stable career.
