Logistics Co Ordinator
We are seeking a motivated and solutions-focused Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced and energetic logistics team. This is a key role supporting high-profile, large-scale projects across the UK. Reporting to the Transport Planning and Admin Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating furniture deliveries, managing fleet utilisation and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the entire process. Role Responsibilities Manage large, high-profile customer orders from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process. Coordinate transport schedules by working closely with Clients, Sales, Logistics and Installation teams. Monitor performance, cost and efficiency of third-party carriers representing the business. Communicate effectively with internal departments, external partners and customers to meet all expectations and requirements. Maintain a high standard of quality across all products and services delivered. Skills and Experience Experience in logistics or transport preferred (not essential). Strong organisational and planning skills. Background in customer service and administration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
