Working on-site, you''ll become an integral member of the finance function, ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time while supporting the wider team with a variety of finance administration tasks.The RoleAs Purchase Ledger Clerk, you''ll take ownership of the day-to-day purchase ledger, maintaining accurate financial records and building positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess purchase invoices accurately, including coding and VAT allocation.Create and maintain supplier accounts and keep supplier records up to date.Prepare BACS and cheque payment runs.Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes.Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.Resolve supplier queries promptly and professionally.Process employee expenses and petty cash transactions.Support month-end and year-end activities, audits and wider finance administration.Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure the smooth running of the purchase ledger function.About YouYou''ll be organised, ..... full job details .....
