Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Online Developer to join our team and build modern, scalable collaboration and content management solutions across Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development skills, deep knowledge of SharePoint Online, and experience of working with the Records Managementcapabilities in SharePoint Online.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize modern SharePoint Online sites, pages, lists, libraries, and components.Build custom solutions using SPFx, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Create business applications and automate processes using Power Apps and Power Automate.Implement Microsoft Purview Records Management, including retention labels, policies, auto-classification, and disposition workflows.Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Viva, Outlook, OneDrive).Develop integrations using Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint REST APIs, and Azure services.Support content governance, permissions, architecture, and compliance best practices.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Provide documentation, technical specifications, and ongoing troubleshooting support.Technical SkillsStrong experience in SharePoint Online development and configuration.Proficiency in SPFx, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.Knowledge of Microsoft Purview Records Management (retention lab
