Junior Sous role available with High End Dining Pub and Restaurant

Our Client is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef to work in their high end diniing pub in the Stow-on-the wold area of the Cotswolds. As part of an ambitious kitchen team you will assist the Head Chef in serving all fresh food to AA rosette standard for the restaurant and private functions. The Role

Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefsWorking in the kitchen using fresh, seasonal and local ingredientsPreparing and plating for restaurant and barOpportunity for career progressionThe PersonAble to work unsupervised and develop a junior team membersHave experience of working in a fresh food hotel or restaurant kitchen ideally to AA rosette levelsAmbitious to work in top kitchenApplication .
