Architectural Technician Job Overview



- Contribute to and lead the technical delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 1-6



- Produce high-quality working drawings and technical detailing using Revit and AutoCAD



- Liaise confidently with clients, consultants, and external stakeholders



- Deliver projects across a range of sectors including residential, education, and commercial



- Support the realisation of design concepts through robust and practical technical solutions



- Maintain a proactive approach to quality, programme, and project delivery







Architectural Technician Job Requirements



- Degree-qualified in Architectural Technology or equivalent



- Minimum of 2 years'' post-qualification experience (UK-based)

• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (essential)
• Good knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign (advantageous)
• Strong technical ability, with a keen eye for detail and design delivery
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Based within a commutable distance of central Birmingham

Architectural Technician Salary & Benefits

• Competitive salary of -35,000 - -50,000, depending on experience
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown
